KORMA AYAM /CHICKEN KORMA



Chicken Korma

Ingredients

1 bird chicken (cut small)
3 potatoes (cut into four parts)
1 sachet of korma powder
Coconut milk from one coconut
2 onions (1 blended, 1 cut into four parts)
2 cloves garlic, blended
2 cm ginger, blended
1 tsp chili paste
Stir spices (cinnamon, cloves, star anise and cardamom seeds)
2 green chilies cut stems without a break
Salt
Sugar
Dates vinegar
Olive oil

Methods
  1. Heat the olive oil and stir spices and blended ingredients.
  2. Once fragrant add korma powder and stir until crisp.
  3. Put potatoes and mix until well blended.
  4. Add water and stir until boiling. Add salt, sugar and dates vinegar.
  5. Add round cut onion. 
  6. Add cut chicken and mix until well blended.
  7. Then add coconut milk and stir until boiling.
  8. Ready to be served.
Korma Ayam

Bahan-bahan

1 ekor ayam (dipotong kecil)
3 biji kentang (dibelah empat)
1 peket kecil serbuk korma
Santan dari sebiji kelapa
2 bawang besar (1 dikisar, 1 dipotong empat)
2 ulas bawang putih dikisar
2 cm halia dikisar
1 sudu cili kisar
Bahan tumisan (kulit kayu manis, cengkih, bunga lawang dan biji pelaga)
2 batang cili hijau dibelah tanpa putus
Garam
Gula
Cuka kurma
Minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah
  1. Panaskan minyak zaiton dan tumiskan bahan tumisan dan bahan kisaran.
  2. Setelah berbau wangi masukkan rempah korma dan kacau sehingga garing.
  3. Kentang dimasukkan dan digaul sehingga sebati.
  4. Masukkan air dan kacau sehingga mendidih. Masukkan garam, gula dan cuka kurma.
  5. Masukkan bawang yang dipotong bulat.
  6. Masukkan ayam yang dipotong dan gaul sehingga sebati.
  7. Setelah itu masukkan santan dan kacau sehingga mendidih.
  8. Siap untuk dihidang.
