TOMYAM KETAM / CRAB TOMYAM


Crab Tomyam

Ingredients

2 crabs, each cut into half
3 tablespoons homemade tomyam paste
4 garlic sliced
1 onion sliced
1 stalk lemongrass
2 kaffir lime leaves
5 bird’s eye chilli
Water
Salt
Sugar
Calamansi for juice

Methods

1.    Heat the water and put the tomyam paste, all-purpose paste, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, cut onions, garlic, bird’s eye chilli and stir well.
2.    Squeeze calamansi for juice.
3.    Put crab and let it boil.
4.    Salt and sugar to taste
5.    Ready to served.

Tomyam Ketam

Bahan-bahan

2 ekor ketam dipotong dua
4 ulas bawang putih dimayang
1 bawang besar dimayang
1 batang serai
2 helai daun limau
5 cili padi
Air
Garam
Gula
Limau kasturi untuk jus

Langkah-langkah

1.    Panaskan air dan masukkan pes tomyam, pes serbaguna, serai, daun limau, bawang besar, cili padi dan kacau.
2.    Perahkan limau kasturi untuk jus.
3.    Masukkan ketam dan biarkan mendidih.
4.    Perisakan dengan garam dan gula.
5.    Siap untuk dihidang.
