AYAM GORENG HERBA BEREMPAH / SPICY HERBED FRIED CHICKEN


Spicy Herbs  Fried Chicken

Ingredients

1 chicken cut into small pieces
Oil for frying

Marinade Ingredients

2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
2 tablespoons homemade ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons homemade multi-purpose paste
2 tablespoons homemade chili paste
1 tablespoon mixed herb
1 tablespoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon of curry powder
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg seed
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
Salt
Sugar

Methods

1.    Wash chicken and tossed. Marinade the chicken with marinade ingredients for at least 30 minutes,
2.    Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
3.    Ready to be serve.

Ayam Goreng Herba Berempah

Bahan-bahan

1 ekor ayam dipotong kecil
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bahan perapan

2 sudu besar serbuk kunyit
2 sudu besar pes halia-bawang putih
2 sudu besar pes pelbagai guna
2 sudu besar pes cili kisar
1 sudu besar herba campuran
1 sudu besar rempah campuran
1 sudu besar serbuk rempah kari
1 sudu teh serbuk biji pala
1 sudu besar serbuk kasar lada hitam
Garam
Gula

Langkah-langkah

1.    Cuci ayam dan toskan.  Perapkan ayam menggunakan bahan perapan sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit,
2.    Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam yang diperap sehingga kuning keemasan.
3.    Siap untuk dihidang.
