SAMBAL BACANG (MACANG) / BACANG IN HOT CHILLI SAUCE



Bacang in Hot Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

1 fruits bacang
7 stems fresh chilli
6 stalks bird’s eye chilli
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
½ inch toasted shrimp paste

Methods

1.    Peeled bacang and chopped it small.
2.    Pounded or blended other ingredients.
3.    Put into bowl and mixed with bacang.
4.    Ready to be eaten with salad.

Sambal Bacang

Bahan-bahan

1 biji buah bacang
7 batang cili hidup
6 batang cili padi
2 ulas bawang putih
1 bawang besar
½ inci belacan dibakar

Langkah-langkah

1.    Bacang dikupas dan dicincang kecil.
2.    Bahan-bahan lain ditumbuk atau dikisar sehingga lumat.
3.    Masukkan bacang kedalam kisaran dan digaul.
4.    Siap untuk dimakan bersama ulam.
