TORTILLA GULUNG BERINTI SALAD SALSA AYAM BEREMPAH / TORTILLA WRAP WITH SPICY CHICKEN SALSA SALAD FILLING




Tortilla Wraps with Spicy Chicken Salsa Salad Fillings

Ingredients

200 grams of chicken cut into cubes
4 inch cucumber removed core cut into cubes
3 -inch carrots cut into cubes
1 potato cut into cubes
1 capsicum cubed (any colour)
1 onion sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Lettuce leaves
Shredded mint leaves
1 teaspoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon curry powder
Lemon juice
Mayonnaise
Salt
Sugar
Olive oil
5 tortillas

Methods

  1. Marinate chicken with lemon juice, paprika powder, chilli powder and curry powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic until wilted.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and stir well to cook.
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, cucumber and capsicum, stir until cook.
  5. Add salt and sugar. Mix well.
  6. Turn off the heat and put mint leaves and mayonnaise. Mix evenly. Set aside.
  7. Heat the tortillas briefly on the pan.
  8. Place the tortilla on a plate and arrange the lettuce leaves, spoon the filling on lettuce leaves and roll tortilla.
  9. Prick stick to avoid unwrap.
  10. Ready to be serve.
Tortilla Gulung Berinti Salad Salsa Ayam Berempah

Bahan-bahan

200 gram isi ayam dipotong kiub
4 inci timun dibuang teras dipotong kiub
3 inci lobak merah dipotong kiub
1 biji kentang dipotong kiub
1 cili bengala dipotong kiub (sebarang warna)
1 biji bawang besar dimayang
2 ulas bawang putih dimayang 
Daun salad
Daun pudina dimayang
1 sudu teh serbuk paprika
1 sudu teh serbuk cili
½ sudu teh serbuk kari
Jus lemonMayonnaise
Garam
Gula
Minyak zaiton
5 keping tortilla 

Langkah-langkah

  1. Ayam diperap dengan jus lemon, serbuk paprika, serbuk cili dan serbuk kari selama 15 minit.
  2. Tumiskan bawang besar dan bawang putih sehingga layu.
  3. Masukkan ayam yang diperap dan dikacau sehingga masak.
  4. Masukkan kentang, lobak merah, timun dan cili bengala dibiarkan seketika di dalam kuali. 
  5. Perisakan dengan garam dan gula. Gaul rata.
  6. Setelah sebati, matikan api dan masukkan daun pudina dan mayonnaise. Gaul sekata. Ketepikan.
  7. Panaskan tortilla seketika di atas kuali.
  8. Letakkan tortilla di atas piring dan susun daun salad, sendukkan inti ke atas daun salad dan gulung tortilla.
  9. Untuk mengelak dari terbuka cucuk lidi.
  10. Siap untuk dihidang.
