MINYAK CILI / CHILLIES OIL



Chillies Oil

Ingredients

100 grams bird’s eye chilli
100 grams red chilli
5 tablespoons olive oil

Methods

  1. Blend all chillies until smooth.
  2. Sauté the blended chillies until oil separated. 
  3. Cool it and keep in a bottle. Use it when needed.
  4. Can last for 1 month if keep it in cool and dry place.
Minyak Cili


Bahan-bahan

100 gram cili padi
100 gram cili merah
5 sudu besar minyak zaiton

Langkah-langkah

  1. Cili padi dan cili merah dikisar.
  2. Tumis bahan kisaran sehingga garing.
  3. Sejukkan dan simpan dalam botol. Hanya digunakan bila perlu.
  4. Bahan boleh disimpan selama sebulan tanpa didinginkan.
